Off Grid House in California
Filled with sustainable elements, the building is meant to exemplify a successful balance between residential development and environmental preservation.
In self-suficiet houses it is important to keep the energy usage at a minimum, here we have high-efficiency appliances and LED fixtures.
Air conditioning is unecessary, because of special arrangement of sliding doors and windows enable cross-ventilation.
For chilly days, a radiant floor heating system helps keep the dwelling cosy.
